I have been checking email everyday, every 2 hours(may be) since last weekend. Hope that I will hear anything from Emirates about Accommodation and Ticket(+Visa) So I will know where I'm going to stay and When will i be leaving. I really want to know what date So I can prepare myself, my mind, my love, my friends….
Yesterday(31May), I received emails from my new friend who will be joining in Dubai the same day with me(7June). She said that she had received the email from Emirates's office in Bangkok, to confirm her ticket with other 4 joiners. But they will be traveling on 9th June, not 7th June. This news made me more nervous, I really wanted to know too!! However, they haven't received news about the accommodation yet. Anyhow, I will be leaving from Barcelona, Spain, where Emirates doesn't' start to fly yet. So that will be difficult for then to arrange the flight for me to fly from Barcelona.
Today - 1 JUNE 2010 - I woke up and first thing I did was, checked emails. It is a week ahead my departure, I should hear something from them, as they said to me. However, I wouldn't expect to see anything in my inbox yet. And "no". Well then, I went to make my coffee, grab my breakfast and back to my laptop on my bed to watch something stupid for my morning. And after I've finished it, I rechecked an Emirates' email again…..!!! There was something about my Accommodation….
Travel Arrangements
Accommodation
Apartment Name & Room No: xxxxxx
Reception Tel.No: xxxxxx
Building Name & Area: Al Owais Building, Deira
Telephone No:
!!!!! I got so excited, so I went to make some research about the location; where is it in Dubai. It is not a bad area at all, moreover, It is quite city area. My concern is convenience. Also I received an email from "Fedex", informed me that I will receive a package from Dubai by Thursday. And it weighs half a kilo!! what's that!? After exciting news, I had couple things to do about photos. So I left home and I stopped at Raul's office to tell good news,(even though I don't really know for sure if it is a good area. But yah…), We both were so excited.
I got home, to getting lunch ready. But before that I checked an email again……. There was another news from Emirates that makes me soooooooooo bloody excited…..
